The Children's Services Council is now 20 years old and we are often asked to share our experiences - what it took to create one, how to get community buy-in for referendum, etc. We love to share the information and, therefore, created a document, complete with exhibits of news articles and collateral materials created in 1986 and again in 2000 for referendum. Please feel free to contact our Public Information Director for additional information.
